To cancel your order email us your cancellation request to support@mouserise.com
We have a 12 Hrs of cancellation period. All orders will be shipped after 12 hrs of order placement and confirmation. In this period you can cancel the order by emailing us your order cancellation request.
In the email include[ ORDER NUMBER, PRODUCT NAME, YOUR NAME and YOUR CONTACT NO. ]
Once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled and after that you will only have to follow the Return and Refund Policy.
Shipping Policy
Mouserise uses a third party shipping service for handling all orders and delivering them to your location. Delivering time is generated and informed in the product page when you enter your location pincode.
We always try our best to deliver products at the fastest possible time. We consider a maximum time 10 days of delivery after placing an order on www.mouserise.com depending on your location. Delivery time will vary or may exceed due to public holidays, festivals, location rules and regulations and acts of God.
