Mouserise Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage


Mouserise offers a limited warranty on all products, covering manufacturing defects related to device materials, internal components, and functionality under normal, intended usage conditions. The warranty period is specified either on the product packaging or on the product page available at www.mouserise.com. This limited warranty is applicable exclusively within India and is non-transferable. It remains valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be extended to any subsequent owner.

Warranty Registration

Warranty registration is mandatory only if a warranty registration QR code is present on the brand card inside the box. In such cases, customers are required to complete the registration process within seven days from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. Registration must be completed through the official Warranty Registration page on the Mouserise website. Failure to register within the specified timeframe, where applicable, will result in the warranty being rendered void.

For Offline Purchases (from shopping centers, malls, retailers, distributors, or other physical stores) If the product packaging does not include the warranty registration QR code warranty registration is not required and the warranty period the warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

Warranty Claims and Process

To claim warranty service, customers must contact Mouserise by emailing support@mouserise.com or by reaching out through WhatsApp at +91 7338273899. The warranty claim request must be accompanied by proof of purchase, product details, a description of the issue, and if required, photographic or video evidence demonstrating the defect. After evaluating the claim, Mouserise’s technical team will inspect the product to determine eligibility for warranty service. Approval of warranty claims is subject to the findings of the inspection and Mouserise’s discretion.

If a product qualifies under warranty, Mouserise will either repair the product or replace it with a similar unit, depending on availability and the nature of the defect. Warranty repairs or replacements are performed exclusively by Mouserise or authorized service partners.

Warranty Exclusions

The Mouserise warranty does not cover physical damage, cosmetic wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, damage resulting from misuse or external causes, or use of the product outside the specifications outlined in the product manual. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, promotional items, free gifts, or products not registered within the required period (if applicable) are excluded from warranty coverage. Additionally, Mouserise is not responsible for user dissatisfaction or subjective opinions regarding product performance.

Limitation of Liability

Mouserise’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective products, at our sole discretion. Under no circumstances shall Mouserise be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
