Order Cancellation Policy

We have a 12hrs of the cancellation period. All orders will be shipped after 12 hrs of order placement and confirmation. In this period you can cancel the order from your account [ Account page ] where the orders are visible.

Once the order is dispatched it cannot be canceled and after that, you will only have to follow the Return and Refund Policy.

Mouserise uses a third-party shipping service for handling all orders and delivering them to your location. Delivering time is generated and informed on the product page when you enter your location Pincode.

We always try our best to deliver products at the fastest possible time. We consider a maximum time of 10 days for delivery after placing an order on www.mouserise.com depending on your location. Delivery time will vary or may exceed due to public holidays, festivals, location rules and regulations and acts of God.
