Mouserise Cancellation and Shipping Policy

Order Cancellation Policy
At Mouserise, we offer customers the flexibility to cancel their orders within a 12-hour window from the time of order placement and confirmation. To initiate a cancellation, customers must send an email to support@mouserise.com within this period. The cancellation request must clearly mention the order number, product name, customer’s full name, and contact number to be processed.
Once the 12-hour cancellation window has expired, all orders are moved into the dispatch process. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible. Customers who still wish to return or reject a product after dispatch must follow the procedures outlined in the Mouserise Return and Refund Policy. It is strongly advised that customers review their order details thoroughly before confirming a purchase.
Shipping Policy
All Mouserise orders are fulfilled through trusted third-party logistics partners. Delivery timelines are calculated based on the PIN code entered at the time of ordering and are displayed on the respective product page.
Mouserise aims to deliver all products within a maximum of ten days from the date of order placement. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, regional courier service availability, and external factors beyond our control. Delays may occur due to public holidays, festivals, local regulations, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Customers are encouraged to track their orders through their Mouserise account or reach out to our support team for status updates. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Mouserise is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or extraordinary events.
