Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy

Return and Refund policies are only applicable for the Mouserise products purchased on www.mouserise.com

 

Return Policy

Products can be returned within 7 days after the product purchase and delivery confirmation. To file a return email us at Support@mouserise.com. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be returned in new and unused condition, in its original box, and with all the paperwork (this includes warranty, Info card, invoice, etc), parts, and accessories that are included with it to ensure full credit.

Returns filed after 7 days are not eligible for refunds.

Products can be either replaced or refunded under the terms and conditions of the warranty of that product, Refund, and Replacement Policies.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to us without filing a return.

To return the product for Refund and Replacement.

You can send us the product to our office address, but you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We can arrange a product return pick-up from your address, but the shipping, processing and handling amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned product, you will be notified. After inspecting and testing the product we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds issues

If you face any problem with a refund please follow the following checks.

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacement Policy

To apply for a replacement in case of a defective product under warranty email us at Support@mouserise.com along with required attachments as informed above, after which the following procedure will be followed by the company.

  • Our team will process the complaint email and approve it within 24hrs.
  • In the approval, we will notify you of the further process of replacement.
  • For replacement, the defective product should be returned to us (refer to Return Policy) as it is on our office address provided on the Customer care page. The product must be in its original box along with other original accessories included as per the contents.
  • On receiving the product, you will be notified, our technical team will inspect the returned products to identify the causes of failures/defects/damage.  
  • If the product genuinely has a manufacturing defect we will either replace the product or refund the amount according to the refund policies.
  • Else if the product has physical damage (scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item and if the product has been seized or altered in any way) then it will not qualify for a replacement or a refund.

The whole process of Returning, Refunding or Replacement may take around  8 – 10 working days depending on the third-party shipping services, Bank processing time, Pandemic rules and regulations, or acts of God. You will be updated regarding courier tracking and products.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, send an email to support@mouserise.com. Your email must clearly include your order number, the name of the product you ordered, your full name, and your contact number.


After the 12-hour cancellation window, all orders are prepared and dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, if you no longer wish to keep the product, you must proceed through our Return and Refund Policy as outlined on our website.
