Return Policy
Return should be filed within 7 ( SEVEN ) days after the product purchase / product delivery.
To file a return email us at Support@mouserise.com or quickly generate a return with a few clicks from your Mouserise Account ( Click here)
Our team will approve and notify you to return the product.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be returned as it is in new and unused condition, in its original box, and with all the paperwork (this includes warranty, Info card, invoice, etc), parts, and accessories that are included with it to ensure full credit.
Returns filed after 7 days are not eligible for refunds.
Products can only be either replaced or refunded under the terms and conditions of the warranty of that product, Refund, and Replacement Policies.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to us without filing a return.

You can send us the product to our office address, but you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We can arrange a product return pick-up from your address, but the shipping, processing and handling amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund Policy
For refund, please first follow the returh policy above.
Once we receive your returned product, you will be notified. After inspecting and testing the product we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Or else if the product has a physical damage (scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item and if the product has been seized or altered in any way) then it will not qualify for a refund.
Refunds issues
If you face any problem with a refund please follow the following checks.
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again immediately.
Replacement Policy
To apply for a replacement in case of a defective product under warranty email us at Support@mouserise.com along with purchase invoice, product photo or video, after which the following procedure will be followed by the company.
- Our team will process the complaint email and approve it within 24hrs.
- In the approval, we will notify you of the further process of replacement.
- For replacement, the defective product should be returned to us (refer to Return Policy) as it is on our office address provided on the Customer care page.
- On receiving the product, you will be notified, our technical team will inspect the returned products to identify the causes of failures/defects/damage.
- If the product genuinely has a manufacturing defect and is under warranty, we will either replace the product or refund the amount according to the refund policies.
- Else if the product has a physical damage (scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item and if the product has been seized or altered in any way) then it will not qualify for a replacement or a refund.
The whole process of Returning, Refunding or Replacement may take around 8 – 10 working days depending on the third-party shipping services, Bank processing time, Pandemic rules and regulations, or acts of God. You will be updated regarding courier tracking and products.
