Neckband features dedicated volume buttons to play, pause, change to next or previous track, volume control, It has a multi-functional power button for switching to gaming mode, enabling AI voice assistant and to receive and end calls.
Q. How to use ENC while calling with BASSSHOTS T35
ENC is always active while calling. There is no button or option to control ENC mode.

Click the multi-functional power button 3 times to switch to gaming mode.
Q. Charging the neckband
BASSSHOTS T35 features a USB-C charging only port. You can use any USB-A or USB-C power source like your phone adapter or PC USB port to charge the neckband.
