The warranty period is determined based on the details provided on the product’s retail packaging or the official product listing at www.mouserise.com. Warranty coverage commences either from the date of successful registration (if required) or the date of purchase, as applicable.

Warranty registration is required only if a Warranty Registration QR Code is present on the brand card included inside the product packaging. In such cases, customers must complete the registration process within seven (7) days of purchase or delivery.

If the product includes a QR code, scan the code and follow the instructions on the official Mouserise Warranty Registration Page. Registration must be completed within seven (7) calendar days of the purchase or delivery date in order to activate the warranty.

To complete the warranty registration, the customer must provide essential details including the product model, date of purchase, customer contact information, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Registration is only applicable if the product packaging explicitly instructs the user to do so.

Yes. For online purchases (via Mouserise.com, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms), registration is mandatory only if the QR code is included in the package. For offline purchases (via authorized retailers or distributors), the same rule applies—registration is required if a QR code is included. If no QR code is present, the warranty is automatically activated from the date of purchase.

No. The warranty is strictly non-transferable and remains valid only for the original purchaser whose name and details are associated with the order and/or warranty registration.

No. The Mouserise limited warranty is valid exclusively within India and does not extend to international support or service claims.

The warranty does not cover:

1. Cosmetic Impressions that do not impact functionality
2. Normal wear & tear
3. Physical damage due to mishandling, impact, or environmental exposure
4. Unauthorised repair or modifications
5. Damage die to misuse, electrical surges, or liquid exposure ( if not water resistant)
6. Products purchased from unauthorised resellers
7. Product not registered with in 7 day (if required)
8. Free, promotional or gifted items
9. Lost or stolen products
10. Customer preference or dissatisfaction not related to the quality issues

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by the Mouserise technical team. After evaluation, the product will be classified as either eligible under warranty, out of warranty, or excluded from warranty based on the findings and policy terms.

Warranty service, repairs, or replacement are exclusively carried out by Mouserise or its officially authorized partners. No third-party servicing is covered under the warranty.
